Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TN Garden Tips, operated by The Naturalist Media, LLC (“TN,” “we,” “us”), governing your access to and use of our website, newsletters, subscriptions, and all associated digital services (collectively, the “Platform”).

Permitted Use

You may access and use the TN Platform for personal, non-commercial reference to gardening information and tips. All other uses require TN’s prior written consent. Prohibited uses include:

• Reproducing, republishing, or commercially distributing TN content without written authorization
• Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to harvest TN content at scale
• Using TN content to train AI or machine learning models without written permission
• Reselling, repackaging, or redistributing TN gardening guides as your own work
• Posting abusive, defamatory, or misleading content in any TN-hosted community feature
• Attempting unauthorized access to any restricted area of the platform

Intellectual Property

All content on TN Garden Tips — including articles, plant guides, photography, illustrations, planting calendars, and design elements — is protected by U.S. copyright law. Content is owned by TN or its respective contributors and licensors. Limited personal, non-commercial use with full attribution is permitted. All other reproduction requires prior written authorization.

User Submissions

By submitting gardening questions, comments, or content to TN Garden Tips, you grant TN a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, edit, and publish your submission in connection with our editorial and community operations. You represent that your submission is original and does not infringe any third-party rights.

TN Premium Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of billing. Contact: [email protected]

Disclaimer of Warranties

The TN Platform is provided on an “as-is” basis. TN makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any gardening advice or content on this platform. Gardening results vary based on local conditions outside TN’s control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or application of any gardening advice published herein.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nashville, Tennessee, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Modifications

TN may update these Terms at any time. Registered users will be notified of material changes by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
